GrownHow we do it
We started in a backyard greenhouse in Daphne with forty pothos cuttings and a folding table at the farmers market. The greenhouse is bigger now. The idea is the same: plants that fit your life, and the honesty to say when one won't.
Every plant we sell is tagged with the light it actually needs, not the light that sells it. Our room designer uses the same data.
Most of what's on the floor was propagated in our greenhouse. It's used to the humidity here, which means it's used to your house.
Every Saturday morning is plant clinic. Bring the sad one, no receipt needed. Most of them are fixable and we'll show you how.
Kind words
We get a lot of follow-up photos. Here are three we have permission to brag about.
I have killed every plant I've ever owned. The pothos they picked for me is eighteen months old and growing up the bookshelf.
Used the room designer on my phone in the shop, found out my "bright" corner is actually medium light, bought a different plant. It's thriving.
The Saturday clinic saved my fiddle-leaf. Turns out it was in the wrong window the whole time.
